Come on folks, we all know that this is a Popularity Contest and not about the Bikes! All voters are bias to their guy no matter the bike they build. I have seen some of both Paul Jr’s bike and some of Jesse James bike. Both look as if they could be contenders in a great build off and No ones is talking about Paul Sr’s bike! Because no one likes Paul Sr. Again,, it’s a Popularity Contest !! See it for what it is.
Paul Jr is doing the most promotions and Jesse James is just being JJ with stunts to get the attention directed towards him. He needs to do what he can to rekindle his fan base to get them to tune in to his New show on Discovery Channel.
The new show depends on Jesse James rally his troops and to get them off the Anarchy train and jump over to his track.
This whole three way build off was concocted to reestablish Jesse James fame, show that Paul Sr. was very little fan base and that Paul Jr was the bigger fan base. With all that information Discovery Channel will launch Jesse’s new show and offer Paul Jr the complete hour of American Chopper with Paul Sr. out in he NY cold. The popular Win and Sr. losses.

Just wondering what all the hate towards the Teutul’s is about? They build some nice looking bikes. Sure some of their bikes are more themed then others, but the bike builds that are aired are for themed bikes. Thats the point. Some of the nit picking that goes on is just silly in my eyes.

I remember the days when Jesse was selling HIS T-shirts at the Laughlin River Run. He certainly was a different guy back then, but who wasn’t? Jesse really did bend his own metal, and make his own mark on those scooters. The boys from NY put their ideas on paper and let other fabricators do the work…but heah, how many wrenchs did Lee Iaccoca pull on the first mustang??? None i’d bet, bet he got rich and famous and there ain’t nothing wrong with that. To be honest with the whole “build-off”, I’m getting sick of the whole mess. In my opinion, it’s an attempt to save a floundering show.
i gotta say, i don’t think the vote will necessarily be based on the opinions of JUST folks who ride… but a lot of folks sitting around going off who they THINK build the “coolest bikes” mostly based off what they see on the toy shelves in Walmart. Respect for the Tuetuls keeping motorcycling in the faces of the American public… and heavy respect for Mr.James’ ability to show pure grassroots, die hard, tradition motor cycle building.
Jesse tries too hard to be a bad ass. They have to bleep every other word out of his mouth. I guess that helps with his “image”. I like Paul Jr’s attitude a bit better… he just lets his work speak for itself, and has way more class than the other two.

I enjoy the show. I dont care for Jesse because all he is doing is talking smack about Sr. and Jr. All three of them has talent. Instead of talking smack build the bike…. James is starting to get his name back out there due to his own poor personal choices. Let us see if he has what it takes. Jr. is being positive about his bike and not talking about the others. Sr. is doing what he normally does… We will see who builds a better bike.

I Like Jr’s bike for it’s creativity and overall looks. Would rather own and ride Jesse’s but it still doesn’t look comfortable either. Sr’s steroids must have ate his brain. What is that thing?

Here is what I have to say. Paul Senior is not a bike is a machine looking interesting. For Mr. James is a very sexy bike, but just a normal bike nothing I haven’t seen before. Paul Junior is the only one who came up with an innovative bike design.
I thought it was interesting that Jesse bragged at the beginning of the show that he built eveyrthing himself, but then he had to bring a whole crew in to help him finish in time LOL. So much for you hand crafting the whole thing.

Honesty…that is what this show has given me…Paul Sr. humbled himself in the beginning of the show and that nitwitted son of his is so stuck on himself and the crap he builds he didn’t even see it…I wonder how Jr. would have reacted to my two kids in Myrtle Beach if they would have approached him instead of Sr. at the RV park…they both love him for his attention and cherish the picture he took with them…Thank you Paul Sr.

No offense to Jr.’s visionary style, the tank/exhaust system was cool, I have no idea what Sr. was creating with that fiasco. What did they make on that trac-thing??? The fenders!!! I can’t believe they went down that road!! Let’s face reality folks, Jesse built the from the frame, tank, exhaust, fenders,on up. Being a welder/fab guy myself I have more respect and appreciation for a guy who can actually do it rather than just bolt on aftermarket/vendor supplied parts. Well done Jesse!!
Did you Jesse James fans watch the show? He didn’t build everything himself… he had that Austin Speed Shop crew come in and help him finish it once he realized he needed help. Oh, and did you happen to watch him riding the bike… he was sitting so low on it that, had to look AROUND the handlebars and headlight to see what was in front of him…. just a minor design weakness the fact that he couldn’t see over the bars/headlight he he.
Mr. Hugh, I did watch the entire show and yes he did have his buds at Austin Speed in the shop to help. There are other tangibles in assembly of a custom bike. Things like mock-up and teardown, chasing threads, paint, electrical. No doubt he needed a hand and readily admitted it, but those guys didn’t fab the major stuff. Just my two cents!!!
Paul Sr.is an Old School builder and so is Jesse so why would Sr go the way he did building the futuristic bike when his talents are in his old scholl styles Jesse has alot of talent and knows his bikes and how to build them right becuz remember him and Indian Larry were close friends so if they’re going to build these bikes I think it should be the best Old School bike and see where it takes all of them I have respect for Jesse and SR so props to them both on this challenge but I think Jesse will win the best bike for sure !
This build off is about design. It’s about which design blows wind up your skirt. This is metal “art”. Basically, each comes up with an original and unique design and we the voters vote on which piece we like. Art is subjective. Forget the personalities, that is TV hype. Over the top egos and banter increase ratings. We love a good drama. So pick the piece of industrial age sculpture that makes you say, holy crap, that is awesome! THAT is the Mona Lisa of bikes!!

To those of you that think Jr won, go over to the discovery site and take a look at the picture of him sitting on his bike. Seriously? Take away the sheet metal that Brendon pounded out(bravo) and the bike looks ridiculous. Looks like something built in 1860 before some genius discovered wheels didn’t need to be four feet tall. This was a bike build off, with only one bike ridable. They should have made everybody ride their “bikes” at least 500 miles so people could see what happens to one-sided fenders or gas tanks with exhaust running thru them. Jesus. And and far as Sr? He couldn’t have ridden his “machine” (WTF?? Couldn’t someone bitch slapped that Jason poole, flame throwing snowmobile tank chopper, pass the doobie, Scooby!) 5 miles, let alone 500. Paul, Sr. is a poor excuse for a father. At one point, not to long ago, none of Sr.’s three sons were speaking to/with him. If I didn’t speak with my mum and/or dad every day, I don’t know what I would do. We only have our parents for a short period of time and when we lose one/both of them it is extremely heart breaking. I understand Sr. spent Thanksgiving with his son Dan & his family, hopefully, next Thanksgiving 11/2012, he will spend it with all of his children, as, both he, Paul, Jr. & Mikey, are missing out on so, so much it is very sad. As for the build-off, I believe and vote for Jr. & Vinnie to win.
As for the third competitor in build-off, Jesse loser James, I believe both Jr. & Sr. will beat him out, Jr. 1st., Sr. 2nd. & Loser James third. He is the epitome of an extremely self centered loser. The way he treated his wife, at the time, academy award winning actress, Sandra Bullock, is unforgiveable. He made a complete a– of himself, when he let her make that heart warming speech, and @ 2 or 3 days later the trash came out about him and just proved what a low life is truly is. When I heard Kat VonD was dating him, I was extremely upset, as, I like Kat vary much and she was falling hard for him. I thank God that she realized he was/is NO GOOD and they broke up. I feel badly for his children as I still think he puts himself and what he WANTS before them or anything they may NEED. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself. If/when you see/hear him about the build-off all he does is bash both Sr. & Jr.

Little ones view this show because of motorcycles and they are not ignorant and know he is cursing every time they hear a beep. He must have some type of good throughout him as both Sandra & Kat fell in love with him.
This thread turned into a American Chopper episode. As far as Jesse having a crew. He built his frame. He built his tank and fenders. When he said he needed help what did he say? I’ll build and tack, you guys finish. A lot of the talk about him being arrogant I get, it would have been nice to see more building and less chest pounding. But honestly after seeing BRENDON make the gas tank all we saw was junior opening boxes! Looking at juniors museum piece, looks like the oil runs through the frame, they should talk about shit like that more so then how cool the landing gear swinger is lol. Look at juniors bike, like it said earlier those single sided fenders would break off with any hard miles. I would also mention the exhaust running through the gas tank but I’m sure you don’t know the temp of a exhaust pipe less then a foot long would be, but it blows smoke out the sides so who cares,lol. That bike is gonna be ridden once, and that will be on a stage.

Jesse is an ***_hole. His arrogance and abusiveness are as boring as his bike. Jr. built something that took imagination and skill. Paul, Sr.’s entry has imagination but it surely has nothing to do with a motorcycle. Jr. gets my vote.

i voted for jrs bike its very classy and stylish a true peice of rolling art and thunder, sr. bike isnt a bike its a weird trike and besides that Sr didnt do any fabrication all he did was sign a check! As far as jessie james bike its ok but its old school and i dont think a pretty red pain job makes it a bike any guy would wanna be proud too say its his, maybe if yur a girl, jessie should have stayed out of bike building, he hasnt come up with an orginal idea in years!

I love the pjd bike it is incredible winner by far. Sr’s machine is equally great but not a BIKE! It is inovative and really cool. Jr’s bikeis so smooth looking. It is a large bike giving it more room to showcase it’s craftmanship and new ideas. props to jesse also it was a really nice bike but i feel he has made better bikes in the past. What a great contest with 3 unbeliveable creations wish i was there to see them in person.

I think Jr’s bike should win, it looks absolutely GREAT. Jesse’s bike looks like it’s hard to see in front of you, although I LOVE the fact that he every piece was made from scratch, Excellent. Sr’s looks great for a futuristic riding vehicle.

that’s some bull how did jr win??? look at the truth. he built an airplane inspired bike. jesse built a bike with an airplane engine. jr made the look look like it was rivetted. Jesse rivetted together a copper gas tank that actually was rode to another country. all of which was done years before jr did his bike I mean plane. whatever the hell that was. bikes are meant to be ridden not shown. Im guessing jr is gonna pack up his bike plane and truck back home instead of ridding it.
let do this again and stick to the rules, each man build their bike not send it out to be built then put it together. my opinion sr’s thing was just that. Jr’s bike looks gay, I wouldn’t ride it down the street. Jesse built a bike that people would actually ride and he built it,

paul sr knew he could not compete with his son. he knew that jr can disign circles around anyone at occ. so he did’nt even try.. least sr was smart enought to try to build one of his old school choppers (witch he is known for)!.
this of what inpsired occ to fisrt build theme bikes. and for national tv. it was not for or about there working disign. built on looks and wild ideas only. functionability was only a perk.
only way that build off could actual be a comitition is.. if jessie were to build a bike against someone that builds his caliper of bike.. and jr with his.. sr still has to find what his new direction is.

Well start first with senior he was suppose to build a chopper thats why its called chopper build off not gadget build off. Jr’s bike is cool but the wheels are way to tall and kills the bike and Jesse bike I would have put shorter risers on it but it still is coool and is number 1
pauls bike 100% better than all them cant wait to see a cadillac bike if its not yet been made.
