Sturgis Limpnickie Lot. New Location. New Builders. New Entertainment.

During the 71th Sturgis Rally edition there will be 20 custom builders in attendance at the Legendary Buffalo Chip® , new home of the Limpnickie Lot. The foundation of the Limpnickie Lot started five years ago with five builders that originally included Twisted Choppers. After a four year hiatus from the lot, a period they call going to “Partner College,” Kia, Joe and Jason of Twisted have reorganized the company and are back with the rest of the Limpnickie Lot crew. Kia Morrison & Joe Skinner say “We feel the Limpnickie Lot is a great fit and we are excited to be a part of it! We have many new bikes and parts to display and we can’t wait to check out what everyone else has been creating.”

The Limpnickie Lot will be setup in a brand new area with no admission charge at the Buffalo Chip West Gate. It will be open daily from August 8th to 14th until 8pm. The site will host The Cycle Source Ride on Tuesday, a Chopper Show on Friday plus a Limpnickie Night inside the Legendary Buffalo Chip® on Friday featuring the music of “Saving Abel”, “Tesla” and headlining the night “Puddle of Mudd”. So, stop by to say hello to a new generation of builders and to look at their creations.

Best reason I’ve heard to forget the behind the scenes BS and head to Sturgis! Kangas, Morrison and Skinner have built more bikes that blow me away than any other group out there, period.

That is a pic of Bacon from last year’s lot, it was just too good not to use somewhere and it got left out of our coverage last year…. Mad props to Bacon…. Ruler!!!

Glad to hear not only that they were able to re-organize the company but also that they worked things out between themselves and are poised to come back stronger than ever. Anyone that has had “partner” problems can tell you that those are some tough waters to navigate through and big ups to these guys not only for figuring it out but also for keeping any drama off the radar. I have always liked their flavor and I wish them nothing but the best in the future…congrats to Twisted Choppers! Best of luck too!
