Powered by a 2 KW engine (at what stage are you qualified as a motorcycle?), of course it will please those looking for a clear conscience and protecting the environment…when riding among city polluting SUV’s. It is the work of 2 German engineers who are now looking for capital to market it internationally. ElMoto.
