On a smaller scale one of the local aftrmarket shops in my area is offering lower pricing on parts and special rates for installation.
When I asked why they said things had been a little slow and by lowering their pricing slightly their customers could continue to purchase items and have maintance performed on a regular basis.
It helps their customers and though a slightly less profit was being made the increase in business was making up for it. Better a smaller profit than none!
They also said they are paying attention to sale items from distributors.
I think you will see more and more of this as long as the economy stays the way it is.
Rogue
That’s a very good idea from that shop owner Rogue, and very well said by you. I`m watching as everything else rises in price, and it is going to get nasty real fast as diesel prices rise. I can`t wait to see those Fat Ass congressmen/women and senators sitting naked & hungry wondering what happened !
Other than the paint job, that is a great looking bike. Nice lines! Bike of the year at Cincy, and Best of the Best in Robb Report.
