Cycle Sounds® introduces the Bike Bumper™ Fairing Protector for stock Harley bagger fairings (including soon the Road Glide) and Goldwing family. Whether hauling in a closed or open trailer, you will never have to worry about a fairing being damaged from shifting straps or road debris. The Bike Bumper Fairing Protector covers the entire outer fairing with heavy canvas material and adds extra thick neoprene padding at the outer edges where the fairing is most vulnerable to damage. Secure hold-down straps attach the Bike Bumper to the motorcycle and prevent shifting or flapping of the cover. Considering the cost and complexity of fairing based motorcycles, the Bike Bumper may give you peace of mind knowing your fairing is always protected. MSRP. $59.95. Turn your bagger into Mickey.
Trailers are for boats, not bikes!
Protects from road debris?
Will the nonsense ever end??
Roscoe. It is quite frequent to see baggers being ridden with a protective bra installed.
All that for $60 !!!! impressive…. NOT
Has it really come to this?
Not surprised. peace
Betcha Chinese, too!
Trailers. One of those divisive issues like waving. Some might go as far as to use the term “Trailer Trash”: http://www.cartoonthunder.net/shorts/trailer-trash/
Looks like a good product for those of us who have to store a fairing bike over the winter, seems snowblower handles and rakes may take a higher toll on fairings than “road debris”. Might pay for itself easily on first use if used by repair shops on bikes with expensive paint jobs.
To Roscoe, I agree.
Its a perfect match, muahahaha!
I grabbed one for storage of my Bagger ( StreetGlide) in my tightly fit garage space…I had bicycle tip into one of my Batwing fairing bikes…about 250.00 bucks and three weeks later ( Frickin body shops) it was repainted. I will probably grab the Front Fender unit as well when it arrives..
Now I just need a BIGGER Garage for more bikes!
Just ride it !
