Fiber Carbon Revolution

Since 2005 Michael Kamalian from Revolution Cycle Manufacturing is familiarizing all custom builders with the multiple options offered by the best of carbon fiber technology. In 6 years, he went from 5 and 6-sopke one-piece wheels in all popular sizes, in average 10x stronger than billet aluminum and able to outlast you and your bike no matter what your riding style, to custom frames, to a complete line of knurl style accessories made out of 6061 grade aluminum but whose design is conceived to work with or without a carbon fiber theme.

This gold bike, which was built for the 50th S&S Cycle anniversary, is a good example of what can be done when you push the carbon fiber concept all over a project, resulting in a bike feeling much lighter while riding, turning faster and overall just make handling more controllable and comfortable. Carbon fiber was the choice material for wheels, frame, all body, grips and pegs. Equipped with an S&S 124″ Evo w/B2 race heads and dual E carbs and advantaged by its light weight, I and bet this one will make you green of envy when it accelerates near you. A few high end custom motorcycles are currently being built using the latest of fiber carbon technology. If you start a new project, maybe you should think about it. Nice work!

It`s not that easy to work with that material, it takes a true expert to deliver that kind of quality.
