Cool wheel…. cool fender……….. just make it “normal”, rideable, safe………………… This whole trend seems to have gone from the 360-380- 3 foot wide rear ends, to sky scrapper tall front ends? To each its own..

@ Conrad – Don’t get your comment. I have had custom fab work done by Bourget, Trotta and Thug. Tom is an excellent fabricator. I know he built 3 baggers this year, the most recent just painted by Bones who does Eddie’s bikes. He also runs a full service shop totally hands on. If you have a personality issue, leave it at the door – this is not a forum for that.

I love that Wheel and the Fender is as nice as it gets for that install. I thinkthat I could do more with the $ 6 G’s for the Fender/Wheel Combo.I THINK THE BAGERS THAT THUGSTER BUILT HAD STOCK MOTORS AND IT IS A GOOD THING THAT THEY COULD RUN AFTER THE FINE BUILD!
Man I am far outside of any loops where guys spend $2000+ on a front wheel set-up but if you got that kinda cabbage for your rim and tire then a 13 gauge fender from Fatkatz would be the only way to go.

this industry is unreal some days and its own worst enemy with these ?????? wheel & tire sizes & trends……. from 98 to 2005 we had the 180 200 240 300 330 360 rear tire craze ………. so know its 21 23 26 30 front wheels….do guys actually ride these bikes anywhere??

if you spend the money on a 30″ wheel, a 3d one-off wheel is really the only way to go, and as far as Fenders go, It’s a matter of preference, I live the look of the factory style H-D fender, but a steel version would weigh a ton, as for the “wrap-around” style fenders, Randy @ B’Cool has made the the perfect fender and perfected it over the last few years of working with him… (actually he nailed it on the first shot) Guys like Randy, and myself have been at the fore front of this big-wheel trend since day one, so If I can offer any advice when making a purchase such as this, stick with the originators, the creators, be unique, don’t copy, and build a true piece of art…

I know Fat Katz and they are a great company and their fenders are affordable and heavy gauge. I am not interested in 30″ wheels but take a look at their site and see for yourselft. I am running one on a 21 and am very pleased. Way to go Fat Katz, I hope you get some publicity from your efforts.
