occ would be nothing without jr hes the one that designed the bikes and got the recognition for the company, but as usual sr has done it all an knows it all…….if paulie had gone before they went global and hired jason to design the bikes and all the other bike builders that company would have gone down the shitter a long time ago, the trouble with the old man is he doesnt know when hes beaten and hes really geleous of his son and his skill in making bikes…….get a grip sr youve made enough coin out of your son retire give paulie occ and the company will be the biggest and best you will drive it in the ground your looking really ill and tired aswell..

It seems Paul Sr. (besides being an a**hole), is a bit jealous. Or maybe scared.
If he thinks the kid is so worthless, why doesn’t he just wish him well and see what
happens…….(oh, I forgot – refer to the a**hole comment earlier). Don’t know if the boy
can succeed. He was around it so long I’m not sure why he cant. Sad when Dad is so
busy putting his boys down and being negative that he can’t see what he’s doing.
I wish the boys well, and have to hope the old man wakes up soon. Lifes short, a**hole!

It’s good to see that Senior vs. Junior is about to start. Maybe it will be back to building bikes that made the first several seasons good.

I don’t get people who hate shows and then spend time on a blog just bitching about it. Do you automatically tune to shows you hate just so you can bitch about them, JEFF?

The show was not scripted but the huge amount of tape that was created for an episode could be edited into almost a scripted format that sometimes doesn’t follow what really happened. This happened with an American Hotrod episode involving a female builder. The edited version had her fired and other things out of sequence. She was an intern who finished her time with the shop.
The reality is that Paul was fired by his Dad, they have a non-existent relationship now, and he is starting his own motorcycle shop. The sad reality is that the show really sucked in the last years without Vinnie and Cody and demonstrated what an ass that Sr. really is.

Paul Sr. should be ashamed of himself! I couldn’t believe the episode where Sr. looks for an alcoholic/drug attic young man to mentor and put on the right path. Have you met your son Michael? Nice job pal!
P.S. The show is nothing without the boy’s. I would like to see a show with just Rachael in it. HOT! Nice work Paulie!

Very unfortunate situation…they really had a good thing going. Building bikes for good causes, creating a legacy together, then as every “reality” tv show does, along with greed… it destroyed relationships, business’ and reputations.

They have talent, skill, creativity and some amazing bikes came out as a result of it.

I wish them both the best and hope they can mend their relationship.

I feel for junior. I also feel for senior. They both have issues that made them the show it was. Sr, by his own words, was a poor father with chemical abuse issues. Jr., albeit he never disclosed any addictions, suffered a common disease that seems to be plaguing or younger generation, laziness. Sr. has a strong work ethic and cannot/willnot accept the carefree attitude Jr. showed toward his job. Jr. was, and is , very gifted in his designs and adaptation. He made the bikes that amazed everyone. Sorry Sr., you don’t have it. Sr. made some attempts at building and all were mediocre old school machines that are a dime a dozen. Jr. had all the creativity and the insight to see his finished product before he started it. I’d give my left arm to be that talented! I was in the bike business for over 25yrs and I know talent when I see it. Now for Sr. His fortay was running the business and, had Jr. been in charge, that company would have folded the first year. They both brought excellance to the table. Sadly neither thought much of the other and both thought it was them that kept the doors open. I truly believe Jr.’s acts were designed, and all to rub his old man the wrong way. Maybe he still has “growing up with daddy” issues? Either way, the fact remains, without each other they have nothing. How they ever got discovered by Discovery I don’t know, but thank God they were found or some of the sweetest bikes I have ever seen would not have been. I wish them both goodwill wherever they end up and hear this: Fighting over money cost me and my father a 20+ yr seperation. I never saw my dad again until I stood by his death bed. So much time and anger wasted for what? Because I felt he jipped me of a few bucks and then we were jipped out of a lifetime together. I wish I could go back and fix that horrible mistake and they, someday, will also feel that pain.

senior is a twat; he’s got OCD about the time his son comes to work and leaves, actually he’s got OCD about junior, not about Mikey, just about junior. The company’s profitable, the Tuttils (how can Tuetul be pronounced Tuttil?), the Tuttils own the place and are LOADED. The old man is a friggin fruit loop, no matter what way you look at it/him, he is a sandwich short of a picnic, especially regarding junior.

there are some self serving f*ckers in that company too – can’t think of their names, but they marginalised the sons for their own benifit.

god knows how they got a Duke dealership…. they wouldn’t know a decent motorbike if it fell out the sky and landed on their heads. . . but, hey, thats the Merkan market for you; shift product baby, shift product! Bikes or tv series, shift that product. SALES RULE, F*CK FAMILY!! YEAH! WHOHOOO! YEAH BABY, THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKIN’ ABOUT! SALES,MAN FRIGGIN’ SALES!! I don’t really follow the show or the bikes they build but after reading the news story I really don’t understand why this 20% is so important? It’s definitely not a controlling interest in the business and I wonder if it was purely driven by Sr. not wanting jr. to have any ownership? If any of it is true its a sad way to ruin a family.

Hey T-Cute game? Man,sounds like the smart thing to do if you ask me. For those who don’t like OCC-the simple answer is to change the channel and don’t bother to post your opinions-that is if you really don’t care one way or another. I have to say,right ,wrong or indifferent,OCC has done more for this industry than alot of people involved in the industry want to admit. The custom motorcycle industry is known the world (mainstream)over because of what has happened with OCC. It is unfortunate that it appears to be tearing the family apart and maybe all is not what it appears to be. I would imagine the overhead is huge as well.

OCC is a public company? Hmm- when was that IPO?

Bit suspicious, really- “controlling interest” is majority stake, which isn’t 20%, so Daddy’s claim doesn’t make much such on the surface;

However, it’s a cute tax dodge to sue for a stake- damages aren’t taxable, whereas liquidation of shares is…. Wouldn’t be the first time this transfer of assets game has been played…..

Oh, and bonus- they get a lot of free press over this- shocker! Good or bad, it sells more t-shirts and lunchboxes.

Daddy is saying that Jr’s stake is only worth a mill? Jeez, that means the entire empire is worth only 5 mill? Either someone is fudging for the sake of publicity, or else Daddy better slow down on the toy buying…..

Their show from the start has been a waste because of the bickering. I wanted to watch bike being built how hard is that? I have high hopes for Motor City Motors and hope they leave out the B.S. drama so that I don’t have to not watch it.
