Anyone else like Japan or Dubai or Italy or France or China or Taiwan that tries to “cut you” will be ignored and publicly ridiculed forever as a thief on ebay.
It’s all yours, as long as you follow V-Twins® lead they’ve established creating their knuckle lower valve spring covers. Works of stamp-art they are…. one right after another, after another…. You’ll own, at least to begin with, 1951-1954.

I was contacted earlier today by a [(7) or more tank versions] mfgr. who would like to keep his craftsmen busy in the shop this coming season. Like elves with tats and stamp tank sides, weld them, align the top and bottom shut-off rod holes and sell them to Tedd as a loss leader or ebay for 650 bucks a piece. Whaddaythink?
If any of you AMCA buzzards will part with one of your worst condition ’51-53 or ’54 tanks, I will introduce you to the mfgr. (victim) and you guys can work it out. Just make sure the mfgr. will not add his “cute” touches to history. I told him the public would lynch him for any “custom” detailing crap. OEM replica or nothing. I told him I would introduce him to Ted’s “handler” so to speak, but that’s a prototype away and a deceiving distance away too.

Trust me Lerz … I’m doing my best to discourage him, and have twice insulted him by his random comparison of the task using a 70′s tank in his shop (a top venting modern (Shovel) design as an example.
I politely asked him to get his mitts on a set of footshift ’51-53 OEM tanks, or ’54 (w/ non underbar) tanks asap – and then get back to me.
All of the bungs for the tanks are already available. And…”ALL” he has to do… is stamp an OEM believable, bottom contour line that hangs over the Knuckle & Pan rocker covers (viewed from left side at an eyeline, level with the bottom 1/3 of the tank. Sweet.
That’s all the advertising the tank needs, (although “ad-work” ideas are more of Cyril’s line of thinking.

About the MJ, I’m glad you brought that up. Here’s an update: I read in the Dago MJ monthly mag on Sat, that “Holy Water has been discovered, translated from yiddish script, that it contained about 30 grams of cannabis. They listed all the elements of Holy Water and found myrr and some other good stuff, but MJ resin was of proportionally greater quantity. Google it yourself.

On a side note…this looks like a nice fender. Is it made in the USA or just packaged there?
