No…… we had the same conversation over HD’s XR replica-NOT.

Although this Triumph DOHC motor is a technology improvement over Ed Turner’s classic twin, it sure would have been more “McQueen-like” to put together a smaller, lighter version of their big-crank-jurnal, push-rod twin of the 1980’s, with that production 4-Valve Westlake head.

Oh ya, and put it in a Track-mater or Chaney frame…..

Now THAT they could legitimately call a “one-of-a-kind.”

Cyril, Why make it in (Limited) production? Does everthing have to be out of the reach of the regular working guy? Why not make it a small premium for the paint and let everyone that wants one have a chance at getting it. I like Steve McQueen and the Lemans movie and even though it’s not the Same as in those days of the late 60’s and 70’s I still would love to go to Lemans. You have probably seen alot of the Races there. Maybe you should write a Book on your life in France and then in the USA.
