Pretty cool IMHO. And ladies and gentlemen, let us not forget that without the Motor Company there would not be an aftermarket. If Harley-Davidson had gone under – as it very nearly did – most (all?) of us in the industry would not have a job. Sure, they did it for themselves of course, but we all benefit hugely because of their survival and recent boom years. Arrogant? Yes. Schizophrenic? At times. Ruthless? What business isn’t? But at the end of the day I think we should all say, God Bless Harley-Davidson; it has been core to exporting the American biker culture to the entire world and created a huge customer base for themselves and the aftermarket.
