One thing I forgot to mention above is that the DA has added a charge of wreckless driving. Guess that means billy was making a legal pass of the other cars right. My research don’t suck but yours does appear to be slightly bias. Maybe you can fool some people with your lies but not all.

Although Mr. Morelock had been drinking that night he did not pull out infront of Lane’s truck nor did he cross a double yellow line on the road. That was Billy lane that crossed the double yellow. I don’t know what planet you are from but crossing a double yellow does not mean you are driving safe or within the laws of the state of florida and it most certainly is not a legal pass. As far as the state dropping that charge. States do that all the time it’s called stream lining a case.States drop petty charges to persue the charges that will get the most prison time. Its callled saving taxpayer money. Why try him on petty carges if you can convict him on Vehicular homocide while DUI. This probably makes no sense to you but it is the way things work in our court system. And as far as being one side your comments speak for them selves. If you was to be on the jury I am sure it would result in a mistrial because you have shown that even with the facts you would never convict your IDOL. Mike the thing is, Morelock did not cross the double yellow lines that night that was “your idol billy.” That’s why they charged him. The DA does not go around picking on innocent famous people. Why do you defend his actions ? He was drunk even the private lab billy’s attorney sent the blood work to said that. Sucks when you pay for results and they are not the results you wanted but such is life. Billy’s attorney also tried to say he drank alot of alcohol but then hauled ass for home so he was not drunk when the accident happened. Again billy’s independent lab said not true. I don’t wish prison on anyone but lets face it he is more than likely going and for his actions not anyone else’s

Awesome video shows alot of drunks and the damage they leave behind. The part I am confused about is you keep defending billy lane and yet you put this link to this video showing the same kind of damage billy created with his drinking and driving. Not sure what your point is. Is it ok to drink and go out and kill others or not? Or maybe it’s ok if the drunk is famous? Or maybe just if he is a real biker? I have had family killed by a drunk and I hope you never have to know what that is like but I do know if it ever happens to you and your family you won’t be on here saying that its ok or that billy is inocent even though we all know he was drunk and crossed a double yellow line to hit Mr. Morelock. I also know if this had ever happened to you or your family you would never call Mr. Morelock a drunk and defend billy lane. But maybe I am wrong maybe you are one of those drunks on the road that just has not killed someone yet.

Lane is a wanna be “rockstar” bike builder that was created by the magazines trying to sell their edited and scripted CRAP!! There many other talented bike builders out there that build higher quality bikes than Lane. Such as Jim Nazi, Mike Brown, Jeff Nicklus, Eddie Trotta, Cyril and others. Lane just acts like his sh..t don’t stink and runs around with long hair like he just performed in a 3 hour concert in front of 100k people. Wait a minute, last I heard is that he had to cut his hair for court so he didn’t have to look like the “bad boy” that he thinks he is…….I mean thought he was.

I have spoke Billy at rallies several times and he was not drinking! All to often others pushed a beer at him to take a photo though. Why act as judge and jury an ruin another good man’s life, too!

The fact that the decedent, Mr. Morelock, was legally intoxicated should have no consequences on the criminal or civil aspects of the case based upon the evidence I have heard so far. Mr. Morelock did not do anything to cause the crash, and he had the right of way in the lane that he was in. Unless some witness comes forward and says that it was Morelock who swerved into Billy Lane’s lane, I do not see any problems with any of the cases. Mr. Morelock it appears was legally drunk. He still had a right not to be killed on a Public Highway. I once did a case for a woman who was legally drunk with six kids in her van. She was rear ended by a guy in a truck. She was arrested and convicted for DUI after the accident. I received a large settlement for her in the civil case because she was not at fault in the accident. I am sure the same thing will happen here in the Billy Lane Case.I am sure you guys remember the OJ case, and the Robert Blake case. There is no doubt the defense will try to attack Mr. Morelock anyway they can. Unfortunately its easy to attack someone who is no longer alive to defend themselves. This may have some affect on the jury. In the end we will see.”

Talk about a fucking retard nowhere did any law inforcement say that Mr. Morelock pulled in front of Lane’s truck. In fact billy crossed a double yellow line and struck Morelock and billy was more than two time the legal limit that was proven by the state of Florida and billy’s privately hired blood tester in Colorado. If you want to suck billy’s dick do it but don’t expect the rest of us to believe this bull shit.

Where are you getting your facts? I am not disputing the facts as you have represented them and my question is raised sincerely. I have not read where Morelock was not already in the lane of travel when the accident occurred nor that he (Morelock) was legally intoxicated at the time of the accident.

I suppose that Billy could always raise the defense that seems to work in all other Auto-Motorcycle accidents …. that being “Hey, I didn’t see him” ?????

Get your damned facts straight before you tell’em.

Justice will NEVER be served.

We all have our opinions, however, our judicial system relies on facts, at least most of the time anyway.

Obviously, Mr.Lane committed a very awful crime due to his negligence to both himself and society. Very sad to both families. Primarily to the family of the victim that lost his life. Chances are very high that he will serve considerable jail time from his horrible crime.

As for Mr.Lane’s rings, they are quite interesting. Primarily the “5 shooter”. I personally would not wear a ring bearing that message. It has no purpose other than the fact that you admire or like firearms. From my own international law enforcement experience, I could probably “classify” an individual wearing a ring with that type of message in less than a minute. I would go as far as to say that he is a very, very confused individual that is unpredictable and emotionally weak. In reality, most “professionals” conceal their intentions by all means. It is a nice novelty piece that could be worn during Halloween along with the rest of your “street clown” outfit. Yes, gents, also known as pimps.

But then again, if you like the ring, buy one. Who am I to tell you if you wear the ring people will think that you are projecting the so called “outlaw” or “gangster” lifestyle. I am sure that Mr.Lane will appreciate the contribution towards his legal bills.

As for Mr.Lane, I hope that he gets what he deserves. What ever that may be. Could be good, could be bad. However, that would be up to him to decide that and not us.

However, keep in mind that when you release marketing propaganda on this blog as Mr.Lane is doing with his company, he is opening himself up to critique and opinionated comments from the public all incurred by his own actions.

As for Mr.Huze, he is doing his job by providing “you” or “us” with the latest news covering the industry. And I might add, he is doing an excellent job. Weather we agree or not, that’s irrelevant, but interesting enough for us to spend time and share our opinions with each other.

I wish all of you ‘gents” safe riding for years to come and remember not to drink and drive. Your life will turn upside down………..Just ask Mr.Lane.
