It is sorry that this particular blog got out of hand and some comments are made that are true but does not reflect the complete story. I was commissioned to build the bike referred to, and supplied with a 2D design how the bike should look, We took the approach on all aspects when designing the bike or any parts” look at the picture” this is how it was build.

The payment issues was taken care off after some negotiations, the details of which is between me and Sick Bastard

Adrian is a good friend of mine.

First it’s AnARchY (MoCo) which is short for Motorcycle Company. As for the owner of War Eagle not knowing me that’s a real joke. As I know you guy’s are a new company you may not know of a little show called the V-Twin Expo. Were in ‘02 I was one of the first people to build (2) of War Eagles Single side-swingarm bikes. The only other person to have done one of these at the time was Combs Customs. Now guess who flew up all the way from FL. to share my 20×10 booth on the main floor for all 3 days. You guessed it! Steven the owner of War Eagle. So as for your crap bout him not knowing me EVERYONE in this business that was at that show including Steven himself knows that it’s a load of crap. Now if your done hating on me for just relaying what was told to me we would love to have a build off. We have been building quailty rideable customs for almost 10yrs. and we’ve seen alot of people come and go. I’ll give it 6 months and you guy’s will be in the dust. But hey good luck any way. That is the end of this string for me I had fun but now I’ve got bikes to build. And after all this is AnARchY

I am merely relaying statements that were made to me DIRECTLY from the OWNER of War Eagle (Steven). If these charge are not true you need to contact him and get things straight. If they are true, then I think other vendors need to know this information before doing business with Sick Bastard Choppers. If it’s not true why did he tell me he contacted AMD and told them that you guy still owed a balance on the bike, that he could not collect , and that he was coming to the show to make a big stink. Is this why the bike did not place in the top 10? I am only trying to get to the bottom of this, and I hope you appeciate my honesty about who I am. I am not hiding behind some fake name and only stating exactly what was told to me. I think other readers of this blog would like to know the truth.

First of all War Eagle was paid in full. You need to get your facts straight before you start spreading false rumors. Secondly they had alot to do with the fabrication of the bike but 90% is far from true. And as far as getting no credit, lookat any of our many press releases. War Eagle is mentioned and thanked. Again GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT.

What it sounds to like me, is that you can’t read. Because if you could, you would have seen the link to War Eagles web site, and the mention of their contribution to the bike which was extensive, listed above in the article on the bike. Also, Steven the owner of War Eagle is a long time friend of mine, and as the designer of Sir Lancelot, I can assure you that if there was still an outstanding balance for services rendered, it would have been made known throughout the industry. There is enough bull shit our industry, so please get your facts strait before you start slinging the mud, bad news travels fast but bull shit travels faster!

I heard that War Eagle built 90% of the bike and got no credit at all. It also seems that there was an outstanding balance owed to War Eagle that was never paid. Is this correct? If so, sounds like a pretty crappy way to do business, and bad news travels fast friend.

is it a strong styling and fabrication exercise?
yes indeed, it is – pretty damn amazing in that regard…good job on the craftsmanship and execution of the concept!

is it a reasonable, functional, ridable machine – mmmm…prolly not, but then i suspect that that was not the intention.

Will the unwashed masses (OCC and TV fans for the most part…lol ) dig it? Yes they will, cuz it is different in appearance and flashy, as are most styling exercises..and they will probably buy shirts with the bike printed on the front..bless them

Will the heritage oriented enthusiast crowd dig it? prolly not so much, because it is not relevant to their interests, requiring that a bike be functional and have a degree of cool.

In bidness, it is best to please the folks that will put some cake in your pocket, and I suspect that that group is not comprised of “hardcore enthusiasts” in this instance

As the new company on the scene Sick Bastard Choppers made huge impression with the fans but not with their peers. “Sir Lancelot” debuted at the AMD Show with a disappointing, but respectable finish, placing 16th in the world at the World Championship of Bike Building competition at Sturgis. However, redemption came on Thursday as “Sir Lancelot” went on to win the “Over 1000cc Radical Class” at the Rats Hole Custom Bike Show http://www.ratshole.com, beating Germanys own Thunderbike, the reigning European Champion and 5th place 2008 AMD winner. The Rats Hole’s world class – professional judges have spoken and “Sir Lancelot” walked away from the competition at the Thunderdome the clear Champion. “Sir Lancelot” will be making its rounds this year, with its next appearance at the Rats Hole Custom Bike Show at Biketoberfest in Daytona, come to the show and check it out in person!
