Yes,
CA could well end up a Third World Socialist Shit Hole….. if all of us Californians keep sitting on our collective ass hoping the “Governator” and the rest of the Progressive Left will go away on their own.

But as they say, what happens in CA will eventually happen elsewhere.

What is it i keep hearing … oh ya, “….don’t bother me, all i wann-a do is ride…”

Well, unfortunately, life ain’t that simple…… if ya don’t wann-a live it their way.

Life can be sort-a like a “club.” Someone has to run it or ya get is anarchy.
In our system, those who want to get involved run the show.

A typical response… “i don’t have the money, time, knowledge…. etc.”

Well, ask ABATE legislative coordinator Charles Umbenhauer, a real biker who found the time.

The Hell w/CARB. What a motorcycle puts out in a month is less than what an “Enviormentalist” puts out in their SUV/Luxury car in a day; even if you are some guy/gal that modifies the hell out of your engine, it still isn’t nowhere near as bad as what a car can or will do. Most of these enviro-freaks do is look for easy targets to attack so when they defeat them, they can say, “look what we did to protect the enviroment” and they didn’t accomplish anything, they did it to the off roaders in CA sucking up public land every chance they get–the land available at Glamis Sand Dunes to ride on is NOWHERE near what is used to be 25-30 years ago. Gov’t organizations in CA are a joke, they are a waste of taxpayer money and time.

I have been dealing with emission regulations since the 70s. There are few states that strongly uphold such regulations and , when pressured by the EPA , big manufacturers either “pay” fines or stay in court trying to delay the fines! I really want clean air but I wish the Feds and the States would spend our money more wisely in the process of keeping it clean. My opinion. I could be wrong. peace

Yep, CARB is pretty much a load of crap… it only exists to create revenue, not protect the environment.
I loved hearing a global warming conference had to be postponed due to a huge snow storm a few months ago!
