Chromoly is a very strong material, in fact race car roll cages are built from chromoly. It's also stronger than steel and is used in assault rifles and many other critical applications. The other fact that the tubing is TIG welded adds to the overall strength.

If you should get into an accident that causes the front end to buckle, you will have other things to worry about going thru you, like the obstacle you slammed into.

Troy, have to disagree with ya buddy. These front ends have been notoriously dependable and sturdy due to the type of metal tubing being used on them. We'll put them up against ANY front end out there and 100% guarantee their sturdy nature and dependability.

This is a very cool looking front-end but chrome-moly tubing, whether it be square or round will snap if you have a front end collision and possibly ram one of those tubes through your chest.

Only 29 lbs? I have an old girder in the back yard, stock length, that I swear weighs close to 50 lbs or more. It came off an old iron head Sportster from the 70's.
