Well, wouldn't centrifugal force tend to throw crap outward, not inward?

Chain maintenance is not trivial and if ya don't do it you'll be buying lots of chain.
 
So, along came spry can lube. 
But with spray  lubes, the uninitiated will over lube a chain. So, crap gets everywhere.

Save  money on lube and chains.
Ask some one who knows, how to lube a chain.
(or else sick to "Rubber Bands")
