Daytona Hotels are still a rip off…..At least wehave a choise of dinning not like STURGIS where gourmet is fine dinning at MickeyD’s

It is expected that less people will be in Daytona Beach for Biketoberfest this year as the trend to visit and stay in the surrounding area continue to grow.
With activities and events going on around the state continuing to grow visitors are staying other places and day tripping into the Daytona area as opposed to staying there and taking trips out of the area.
This should cut down on the traffic and hopefully the high prices that the area has a reputation for during events benefitting those attending.
Bruce Rossmeyer's Destination Daytona will definately be busy with more to offer those attending. Businesses on US1 in Ormond such as the Iron Horse, Broken Spoke and others will also be busy as well as those South of the city like The Last Resort Bar in Port Orange and the No Name Saloon further south.
I and other photographers will be in the area taking phots for numerous publications.
I do not know about the others But if you see me please come and say HI and have me take your photo. Never know you might end up on Bikernet or in one of the magazines. I will also be looking for other photo opportunities so if you have or are one let me know. rogue@bikerrogue.com
