I've been riding since 1971...my state didn't require endorsements till around 1979 or 1980...but that's how long I've had mine...guess those of us who have been around long enough to "mentor" or have even older mentors...can't be considered as viable customers? It was not until Harley seemed to realize it by building motorcycle to fit some of them, That came about because women were riding modified Harleys or custom motorcycles and Harley realized they were missing part of the market. I should note that it is more than motorcycles as women are being recoganized in all aspects of our industry and lifestyle. There is no secret that I like women and through the years I have had the opportunity to help many of them in their chosen motorcycle related fields. I see women continuing to be more recoganized as time passes. It is long overdue I say. Women have been a big part of our lifestyle longer than most realize.
