These new two part paints are super expensive and tricky to put down. Unlike Lacquer they are not forgiving.

My neighbor came over with a hand full of what looked like clear plastic sandwich wrap. Turned out to be the clear coat off his freshly painted tank. It simply slid right off...!

Books are good.
(buy a book.... or buy a beer...)</description>

		<description>I haven`t read JoAnns book, does sound interesting !Way back in the "old days", the guys I rode with said Thank You to God for winter!. That's when ( depending on the size ) 3 or 4  Bikes would be torn down and as the motors were being rebuilt and new goodies ordered most of us would sand the frame &#38; tank and fenders to perfection, then some one we knew would do the painting! It was Good times , the ol`e ladys BS-ing in the house the guys drinking beer and smoking as we wrenched in the garage.</description>
