I love Deland. It is quaint. Some bike traffic, buy nothing like Daytona during Bike Week. A college town as well. Nice restaurants and plenty to see. Nice sidewalks to walk down and window shop. If you are at Daytona you should try to get over to Deland. Cop friendly town towards bikes as well. They do not have a meter out to see how loud your pipes are when you enter town.
