The LED inside the spade housing is round. Yes, the circuit board could be spade shaped but at a extra cost (due to difficulty). It would add exactly $16.00 per light. Reason why. I like your spade license plate but I would love it and but it if the tail light lit up as a spade and not a tear drop-- any chance it might be modified in the future. also why isn't there more spade mirrors.
