When you buy Ed Hardy, you wear art. The art has an intrinsic value and a history. When you buy Gucci, you buy a logo. Hardy's a scholar-level historian on Asian art and the first American ever to be "let into" the Japanese tattoo world. Then he moved on to the Don Hardy $62.00 shirt ( Mens Basic T ) and hats in the $55.00 range. Don Ed.Hardy can make a deal with Christian Audigier which is fine, if you really want to plunk down that kinda coin. No self respecting biker or hot rodder would buy that stuff.
